After time in the NCAA, Westside Barbell, and contracting for the Department of Defense, I sit down with Dustin Chadwick and Joe Cooperman to dive into the world of strength and conditioning. Along the way, guests from all aspects of our profession generously give their time to educate not only on their unique philosophies and gifts, but share learned experience as well of the road less traveled. While these guests are profoundly different, they prove two things in life are certain, gravity = 9.81m/s2, and there exist many Realms of Strength.

Aaron Feld, known for not only his coaching enthusiasm, but also his patented handle bar mustache jumps on amidst spring ball to talk shop. Well traveled, he began coaching at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, next going to the University of Alabama (Tuscaloosa) to intern. After which, he received his first opportunity to become a head strength coach at North Alabama, but then pursued an opportunity at Georgia as the assistant director of strength and conditioning. These opportunities led to an opportunity to meet Mario Cristobal, who after Feld's one year at Georgia, asked him to come on board with at Oregon as the head football strength and conditioning coordinator. This relationship grew stronger, and when Coach Cristobal took the job at the University of Miami (better known as 'The U'), Coach Feld took the culture and system in which they grew in Oregon to South Beach! Today he covers a plethora of topics from the lens which has evolved through his career at varying institutions, and contact with knowledgable individuals in the field of performance.
